Obtaining the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification

We are pleased to announce that we have officially obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, the national standard for gender equality.

This recognition comes after a rigorous audit process that examined company policies and practices in six strategic areas: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities and inclusion of women in the company, gender pay equity, parenting, and work-life balance.

To ensure the continuity of this commitment and in accordance with the requirements of the reference practice, we have established the Committee for Gender Equality. This body has the institutional responsibility of monitoring the effectiveness of the policies adopted, verifying the achievement of the objectives set in the Strategic Plan, and promoting awareness-raising initiatives at every level of the organization.
The Committee is composed of senior management figures and representatives from various company functions:
