Whistleblowing policy

In order to improve the corporate environment and protect its workers and collaborators, Boffetti S.p.A. has introduced the platform called Signalethic for the management of whistleblowing reports in implementation of the Directive (EU) 2019/1937, issued with Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10th, 2023.

Thanks to the collaboration of its employees, collaborators and external personnel, any potentially criminal acts or acts with illicit implications that occur during the company business can be brought to light. The entering and the management of reports aim to protect the confidentiality of the reporting subject while allowing, at the same time, the investigation and in-depth analysis of alleged and/or perpetrated offenses committed within the structure itself.
