HICOS AIS

Description

The HICOS AIS switchgear are arc-proof,, made in separate compartments, which can be coupled according to the needs. The range of functional units meets all the needs of secondary distribution systems. They can be equipped with the following devices:

• HICOS SD series gas switch-disconnector
• HICOS SVB series removable vacuum circuit-breaker with lateral operating mechanism
• HICOS DVB series integrated apparatus with vacuum circuitbreaker and three positions gas disconnector

The casing of the apparatus is made of steel and creates the metal separation between the busbar compartment and the cable-line compartment. This solution allows the construction of very compact panels with a width of 375 mm up to a 24 kV.
