HICOS PDM

Description

The HICOS PDM switchgear are manufactured by combining single modular compartments. Each compartment is made of physically and electrically segregated metal cells and all live parts are air-insulated. The HICOS PDM switchgear are arc-proof, are accessible from the front and can be installed against the wall. The operations of the devices and the signals are accessible from the front. In relation to the “ loss of service continuity”, the ICOS PDM switchgear are classified LSC2B. Various types of functional units are available to meet and adapt to the needs of modern primary distribution systems.

Fields of application

HICOS PDM switchgear are normally used in the construction of primary distribution and MV / MV and MV / LV transformer substations. They are suitable for use in utilities, energy production plants, industry, transport, refineries, steel mills, cement factories, etc.
